At Capone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Capone tags attached. Ensure the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
